I will break this into detail. Talking about the interview process I had 3 rounds, 1 HR, 1 Technical and 1 Assignment. The process took a while for me but for others I heard it was completed within an week. As it is a startup learning experience is amazing I was working at par with APMs. Mostly would recommend people those who are in learning phase. The compensation is 25,000/- for products interns but now they are hiring with a budget of 15,000- 20,000 for Product and Engineering Team. Also flexible working time....Read More

The working hours is too much, though it is flexible but you need to put in a lot of hours. The holiday assigned to both fulltime and interns is quite less. Alternate Saturday is working. Their holiday policy sucks. Talking about the culture it is too friendly and sometimes they forget to be professional which I really feel that shall be maintained. Office location is good it is in HSR but the office size it quite less. Currently they are firing many people at associate level those who are drawing huge salary. One big heads up currently they are not converting interns into fulltime due to money crunch. Although they mentioned indirectly many times they would provide a full time offer but that was pulled at very last moment....Read More

Antwalk is an edu-tech company. Their primary focus is to upskill people and they do that for their employees as well. HR pushes the leadership team for employee benefits. The executive is very reasonable and understandable.

Dislikes

Due to the Work-from-home culture, the work-life balance is very hard to maintain. They have only 2 Saturdays off in a month and very limited gadget holidays. Due to fast pace start-up, sometimes employees have to work beyond their working hours to complete the tasks.
