Worst Company Structure I had ever seen...They even not made payment of my last month of work in that company..Also they want a engineer to be work on a role of supervisor, Foreman, even like a Group D staff..Once I got instructions to do the cureing of a recently casted slab of over 5500sqm areas and I have to do that work..👿👿 Ashamed of as a part of the Company for few months..

Dislikes

Higher Authority in Construction team had no idea about site work but, they made the decision for site execution every time in a impossible ways.And you have to follow that stupid planning as you know that there is no such a way to do this work.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
