Management- very bad, only looking to save money, not giving employee salary on time, even traveling expenses were not paid for around 6-8 months.

Work Details

have to do sale work, service work, payment follow-up, administration work, delivery work, paper work, there were no other person to do there separate work, all you have to do alone, then also management will tell you don't do any thing. worst

Work timings: Strict Timings

No benefits & facilities were given by analytical automation i pvt ltd, there were no team work, hole thing has to be done by single person. worst company i have worked

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
