I dislike the culture the office back politics and so less transparency. Asking for appraisals feels like doing something you should not. Also if you don’t ask yourselves then you won’t get any raise. They are damn careless about their finances for the team members. If you can get a job offer from somewhere else they will match you the money but being loyal to them seems useless now.
