Salary is decent as it's a startup company. Career growth is slow. No cafeteria for chilling. No soft skill training.

I just loved to do different works and project the mixture of Saas projects and portfolio normal projects giving you good idea on different industries

Dislikes

I dislike the culture the office back politics and so less transparency. Asking for appraisals feels like doing something you should not. Also if you don’t ask yourselves then you won’t get any raise. They are damn careless about their finances for the team members. If you can get a job offer from somewhere else they will match you the money but being loyal to them seems useless now. You will get an only a money change kind of raise where they are hiring new dev for double almost. Simply put if you don’t know the market valuation yourselves you are going to be screwed with.
