I like work with senior engineer. Company culture average but feel good.

Dislikes

Company management poor so company employees don't like to work with fool potential.No job sequrity. So employees not intrested in work. Also no HR Management.

Management have No planning for Man-power, project work, Spare-availability.. Taking Quick decision without surveying in depth for it's results.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
