Work culture of every management is different. Few are really appreciating their team members and few will micromanage and do not support. Few teams do not recognise their employee’s effort. Favouritism will be easily seen. If you make good relationship with manager then good work willcome to you and you will be appreciated on regular basis. You will get chance to be in meetings with higher management and that increases visibility.If no good terms with management then they will suppress your good work and no recognition for your extraordinary performance in RnRs. After-all your rating is in their hands. Goal’s rating is under employee’s control but Leadership rating is under your manager’s control. Managers can intentionally ruin rating as they dislike that particular. They wont let to take internal movement. They will give bad feedback so that you dont clear IJPs and leave company with self doubt....Read More

everything, training is for namesake only. they would put you on calls for full shifts just out of training. Trainers are lazy, coaches are cheap, managers are bully.
