Need to be chenge senior leadership in India and want to follow blue box value. Now it's very pressure for work and no job security and it's working like SBI card. Because in my vertical is cards sale.

Big name do not run the house. Salary does. There are far better companies than Amex in terms of Customer Service or travel. I would not recommend Travel and Lifestyle at all. BIG NO! The managers are there from 20+ years and are only focusing on their retirement plan. They are not wo rking on the process at all.
