If straight from college, will learn a few skills along their experience in company.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Management is very toxic. People who have never worked in a manufacturing company are hired for Management, who rarely come to office and never ask for problems faced by employees. Employer pf is also deducted from employees salary. Increments are given in biased manner, according to favorites of the manager. HR has no voice in the company and the benefits are limited to free water and coffee.
