There's so extremely level of partiality in the office especially Manager's, poor professionalism of work, managing the team is very poor, unexpected things are going on - on the floor, personally I'm not happy with this company, no appraisals, no promotions there nothing to learn..

Altius is Good BPO company. Hr and Admins are very good and supportive. There is not much workload.

The job is quite good! In the begining as there was a formal training session.Where i learned the soft skills to convence the customer to make him calm .I also gota a chance to improve myself and more is improved is my English Language .

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
