There is no proper work time, everyday is a deadline and we have to hit it by whatever means, Even if you have to work till 12 or 2 in the morning. The company doesn’t care about it’s employees and just needs to hit its targets. They won’t even care if you had your dinner, By their books it’s all good till 10-11 and they would take a call on if you need to push(time to get dinner) or let’s call it a day. After all this, you will be expected in office by regular times and new targets to hit for the day. You should provide 8hrs of productivity and will be criticized for using your 1hr break for lunch and tea/coffee breaks. And don’t even expect to get paid on time.
