It was the worst decision of my life, its not a company, they behave like a shop keeper

Dislikes

No defined JD, no authority, no structure, initially Director sales was reporting to me regarding marketing activities and expenses, implementation etc. then all of a sudden CEO asked me to report to the same director sales who was reporting to me earlier

Designated as Business Manager while Director Marketing communicated me to build a marketing team there and i will be Director Marketing after establishment of the department

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
