Dislikes

It is true that the compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure so high . Even we have to work 14-16 hours straights in a day. I have to attend clients call in the evening and sometimes late into night. Managers don"t value the individuals unique strengths, that"s why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I have to receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. There is no job training for the freshers too, hence senior folks like me have to guide them which is a headache some times for me....Read More

My work is so challenging as I have to look after the entire project as well as maintain day to day work activities.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
