...areer growth, but the worst of it is the betrayal of the CEO with the employees. The employees work hard and their salaries are delayed by 5-6 months and when its time to pay they are FIRED. A fradulant culture runs in the organisation.

Likes

Alliance Engineers and Consultants is a very reliable company for me . I am very thankful to Director and HR department who give me opportunity to work with the company as a family member. The payment system of the company so admirable . After all every system of this company excellent. So really I am so proud to work with this company as Resident Engineer. All employees are so much co operative to each other.

Dislikes

It is true that the compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure so high . Even we have to work 14-16 hours straights in a day. I have to attend clients call in the evening and sometimes late into night. Managers don"t value the individuals unique strengths, that"s why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I have to receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. There is no job training for the freshers too, hence senior folks like me have to guide them which is a headache some times for me.
