Likes

Nothing, not good pay, no employee appreciation. The management gets involved in office politics. The owner makes employees buy food, and beverages weekly for them and the office supplies that they never reimbruse. the CEO hit on every woman working there.

Dislikes

No work-life balance, employees have to be available on the phone, email, etc whenever management wants. The management gets involved in office gossip and politics. They purposely run the wrong payroll to save taxes. There are a lot of accounting and auditing scams. Fooling IRS and banks on daily basis.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
