Sir I am really enjoying this company for the last 1.5 year as the site engineer the organization has the grand work culture . It offer great opportunities for entry level people to learn and grow how ever after spending more then 1.5 year . I feel that i will not reach to my full potential for the lack of new challenges and limited learning.

Company gives me open authority for given site work, our reporting managers are helpful with the work, so as per fresher its good to learn.

Dislikes

There is no promotion beyond site engineer and salary increment, so take experience and move on further

Work Details

Not having any involvement in office work, only have to focus on site and get the execution of project. Its enjoying with continous flow of work at site
