company , including the directors , national sales manager and hr do have have any plans or strategies. they don't have any experience or knowledge about the market

Dislikes

there no communication, no strategy no plans no meetings no traning and they don't want to take any feedback from anyone. deduction in salaries , signing on blank papers n illogical sops that too without any information. no salary slips , unreasonable tax deductions and no product training. the company has no plan of action n then they expect sales ....

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
