Whatever Role you work, be prepared to perform well. Not related to job, just dance, act in plays whenever there is a visitor from abroad. Visitors are none other than your colleagues from abroad and if you entertain them successfully, you can be sure about your promotion. Tell a Story in every meeting which means you work a lot since they measure your work based on the length of talk.
