The Company has high potential for growing with long history but current management is not worth to gear up.

Dislikes

They only provide tourist visa and not even bother about the employee's benefit and will leave in chaos by not providing employment visa - In my case age factor was mentioned later for visa rejection stating Bahrain government denial but with no proof. No compensation provided for my job loss.

Only a month i worked, operators and colleagues were good. But very space constraint in the factory.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
