There is nothing to like. No reason to work on this company. Many cases are registered against this company. They used to change the company name because of this.52 production, MKG, MK Group, Almudhaf and Alkulaib all same.

HR department, especially hr mange Faisal he used to play with staff emotions. Worst HR manager i ever seen in my life.On covid 19 pandemic they send most of the staff to India with out paying single salary instead of sending them to their home town they send the staff all together to Delhi. The owners are don't care about them,their is no value about humanity. I did 300hrs or more than that over time which is approved by Operation Director (Mr.Salam) but the HR Manager Faisal refused to pay. He(HR manager Faisal)is used to collect security money(350 kd to 500kd) from the staff for emergency leave. No carrier growth. No salary increments ( I met the guys in this company they are working with salary salary since 4years,can give the reference ) No brand value. Worst of time. Life is not going to stable/ur not going to success in this company. Politics level is very high in this company. Management don't care about employees,(I met only one guy from Management he is giving the respect and care about the employees _the Operation Director Mr.Salam) Rest all are sadist, they used to play with staff emotions....Read More

QHSE team was very helpful for upgrading my knowledge and skills.

Dislikes

Management especially HR department is very pathetic. Unethical and they running the company in a very unprofessional manner. They didn't gave experience certificate also.
