1) At akshat engineers, work envirenment is freindly, i spent around 4-5 Years in it. 2) Regular work progress is monitored by the director and highers authorities. 3) Responsibility are delegated to the subordinate, so that we can learn. 4) Akshat engineers is among the best one in Jaipur.

Compensations are better, and could be more.....

Work Details

I was under Mr akshat jain, he never treated me like an employee. On ever successful deal we used to have a pizza party to celebrate a contribution/ hard work of there employee. Hard work is awarded here....

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
