I am really enjoying working in an aitrillion team. Everyone in an organization is really supportive and having an good knowledge about there area of expertise. Everyday is like a new learning day. Sachin Dhanotiya (CEO) have a remarkable vision and really future centric approach working with him is really enriching experience.

Unprofessional CEO and HRs. Unable to stand for professionalism and ethics. Do not responds. They live in an imaginary world of sales target and have no vision and good product. They are not sure about the working moral grounds and do not have effective communication. HR team is highly irresponsible and they have hired illiterate HRs who have worst communication in HINDI and ENGLISH both, do have manners to talk to seniors and they should not be allowed to be in corporates....Read More

The environment is really healthy. We are given authority to work our way, without any boundations. The C-Suite is really helping and co-operative. They are there to guide at every stage, right from the strategy to it's implementation, you'll be supported with the ideas you come up with.

No training Politics No learning and training given to the new joiner.. only needs work done to be very first day of joining.no security for the salary in training, no training letter. Only sugar coated words, rest nothing. Sales and development female staff on very high attitude.
