Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Never ever depend on this company. They came to our college for campus recruitment and gave us time of 8:30am and they 4 themself came at 11:00am took aptitude test for 15 mins and started interview at 12:30pm.
They do not know how to manage time we were 128 students and till 5:15pm they took only 45 students interview.
They wasted whole day without considering the students time and place they come from
Never go in this company. They have unprofession behaviour

1 They don’t know what they need.
2 Publishing fake job post for different levels and at the time of interview, technical questions were completely different than JOB description.
3 Job description and KRAs are not clear to them what they are looking for.
4 After interview they will offer you position in very less salary mentioning illogical reasons so candidate will drop the offer by their side.

It’s all for marketing and they want to show their presence in market. All the agencies are looking for their role, postings are there but they don’t know what they want.
