Firstly you get to learn alot of new things. The work environment is is also soo good I feel really honoured to be a part of this company. It has helped me in my personal growth especially my boss Rozmin Shivkar is so helpful she is a very hard working individual woman i feel really honoured to work under her. And also the salary provided is really good.

Work Details

My department is production help in cinematography as making videos for the company everything related to production line.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
