Likes

Teammates are so supportive, didn't even take time to be habituated for the environment. Didn't feel any pressure and yeah nice cafeteria is available there , also full of humble persons and the salaries are impressive.

Dislikes

Job insecurity, yeah it's common in most of organizations. Except that nothing to dislike.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
