The only thing is one can take leaves whenever needed without any questions asked

...have a tool installed to see how much time we are sitting in front of laptop. Forget about bonuses or any extra pay normal hike system itself is worst. Weird annual cycle t where PR happens for Jan to Dec but you will get hike only from July without any arrears paid. Not suggested if one is looking for change in technical growth.

Job security at agility is good. Product at agility is unique and is very good which is enterprise level application. its a huge application which will give exposure to candidates in multiple areas. onsite opportunities in this company is very good compare to other companies at same experience level.

Dislikes

Salary at agility is comparitevly less and is not as per market standard. Technologies used are very old and is not as per market demand. there is no personal growth technically. Existing people of this company who are working from long time are not getting good CTC where as new joiners are getting good CTC now hence there is a CTC gap in employees in this company.

There is no job security. They have fired almost 40 percent of employees during COVID. The interesting thing is they will take fired employee again if he/she is available and terminate them whenever required. Micromanagement at a deeper level

Agility E Services has given its employees a safe option to work from their homes in these pandemic situation.The company has given every importance to the safety of its employees. There is absolutely no issue for its employees in this regard

I havent found any dislike about working in Agility

What I like mostly working here is people are good, they are very supportive. Learnt new technologies are implemented then in solutions. Covid 19 situation- few people are working from home while 200 employees are layed off.

Dislikes

There is lot of office politics, cut throat competition. There are few managers working from outside India who put lot of pressure and except Indian team to work like donkeys. No humanity. While they get promotions based on hard work of Indians but to their reportees promotions are denied and career growth/salary increment is too less/slow. No chance of traveling abroad.
