Work life balance is good, you can get a lot of opportunities to learn new and advanced techniques.

Dislikes

There is no promotion or appraisal, and no HR policy for leaves like it is in corporate companies.

No appreciation for your work. Old staff gets the credits and they are only involved in the department meetings. No proper management.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

Pathetic lab. They need labour's not degree holders. A B.A pass student is working in cytogenetics department. This shows how irresponsible they are with patients samples. Very bad work environment. The staff focus more on bitching and politics rather than work. No appreciation given to your work. Salary is very less. It's better not to join this fake lab.

I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
