Dislikes

No appreciation for your work. Old staff gets the credits and they are only involved in the department meetings. No proper management.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Pathetic lab. They need labour's not degree holders. A B.A pass student is working in cytogenetics department. This shows how irresponsible they are with patients samples. Very bad work environment. The staff focus more on bitching and politics rather than work. No appreciation given to your work. Salary is very less. It's better not to join this fake lab.
