Peon Quality is better than top management's handling skill of employees

Dislikes

top management are there to exploit the legal rights of employees. Most of the employees won't get last month salary , at the time of leaving. This is new strategy to become rich at the cost of others.(unjust enrichment). Simply no:1 worst organisation to work.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
