Good payment. Can take leaves. Their will be LOP. But they don't do anything else. Amazing colleagues (except the two bosses and admissions head).

Dislikes

Extremely toxic bosses and admissions head with ego issues. If the admissions head doesn't like you, she will make sure to kick you out by continuously bitching about you to the bosses. Very judgemental and not at all inclusive. Very old school concepts and work culture. Design wise, they have not updated. Still thinking the trend is what used to be in the 80s. 54 hours a week working time. The CEO is a very shallow person with a huge ego but no values, no compassion and no character as a human being. They, don't know how to be humble, or how to accept ones mistake, or to say sorry. Make up new rules and change timings whenever they like and implement it without informing the employees. Refuse to pay salary on time as a result of new rules they made up and make additional conditions for you to get your hard earned salary on time....Read More
