there is no trust , evaluation of employees is completely on managers and management blindly belief it no carrier growth and you cannot ask reasons of your growth stop

work is sometime hectic and sometimes soft but there is no proper planning of work, and hiring of improper people, so hr is no good, even if we complain about anything there will not be any action or progress

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
