Nothing is there to like at Adret Software Services Pvt. ltd.

I had the worst experience while working at Adret Software primarily due to a lack of professionalism. There was a lack of job security as they hired candidates on the same date for their purposes and within a week they fired the candidates often without giving any clear reason. The company lacked proper documentation and paperwork. I faced a lack of job security and the company's financial instability. At the end of each month, there was a pattern of attempting to find fault with employee's work to delay salary payment. My personal experience in Adret was marred by a false allegation which is made against me by the company owner, which I was able to disprove with evidence. Subsequently, I decided to resign from the company. Despite the company owner asking for a discussion I declined. His communication style is often disrespectful, towards all the employees. His use of abusive language and lack of professionalism create a difficult work environment. Additionally, his understanding of the IT industry seems limited, as the company appeared to operate more like a BPO than an IT firm. Reflecting on my time at Adret I believe it was a mistake to join and work there. I would advise potential candidates to think twice before considering this company as their employer.
