Salary increment is very limited,There is no any policy that each year performance will be reviewed and on that basis salary will be increased.Some times there may 2 years when salary will be increased. 2. Employees has not been treated on the basis of merit, Some employees who are from at the time of incorporation has dominance over management,try to politicise issues of religion,
