As this is my first job, I like the environment of working very good for freshers.

Dislikes

But sometimes the environment becomes very chaotic and indiscipline.

Work Details

The work life here is awesome. Sometimes the work load increase but normally it is not that much. Even a fresher can adjust here easily.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
