Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? There is no work culture, management,not a project management ,forget about your personal life if you join ,there is no fix date for salary credit, sometimes month end or may be next month and main thing there is no working hours fix means they are working day/night,lot of work pressure.some times you also travel within India at client location depends on project and you have no option for that..
