It is a good place for freshers, you get to learn a lot. You will do client handling and seniors are also very helpful. It is a good place to develop skills.

There is no work-life balance, they expect you to work 15-16 hours, they will ask you to come at 9AM and then complete 11hours at workplace. Salary is also very less, they think if you are fresher then you don't need much salary. There is no concept of promotion as there is no hierarchy, even if you will work for 4-5 years, you willremain in the same position. There is no job security, they can ask you to leave anytime There is no work satisfaction as you will be felt incompatible even after working 10-12 hours...Read More
