1. Work life balance 2. Good payscale 3. Developer would be having full freedom in design, owning a feature from end to end. 4. Flat hierarchy and high visibility, with out micro management.

Dislikes

1. Legacy technologies 2. Growth opportunities are very less. 3. Does not go well for people who are not self-motivated. 4. Heavily impacted due to covid, there are job cuts, pay cuts, cost cutting and what not.

Company provided us WFH till this pandemic is controlled. I am satisfied with my company's management.

Dislikes

As this is a small company. Job security is very less when it comes to difficult times like (Carona Pandemic, etc)

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
