I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Compony management is not so good. They disappointed me with their politics. Compony is working on just trainees (which are working in free basis). They don't have policy to give stable job. I was working there as a free intern for learning purposes, but they were forcing me for just work and work. In short i felt so much mental harassment and uncomfortable environment.
