Compony management is not so good. They disappointed me with their politics. Compony is working on just trainees (which are working in free basis). They don't have policy to give stable job. I was working there as a free intern for learning purposes, but they were forcing me for just work and work. In short i felt so much mental harassment and uncomfortable environment.
