Incentive slabs is nice.

Dislikes

It’s really difficult to extend the shift everyday 6 days working and it’s almost like 10-11 hrs in a day you have to work. I will never recommend anyone to join this organisation. TOO MUCH PRESSURE !!

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
