I can comment only on my experience.. My 1st project at Accenture was really hectic it was more because of the management in the team so honestly everyone in that project was the unhappy and most of them either left the company or that project . The leads the manager were extremely rude one of the shift lead .... Huh .. no words forher she is literally such an abusive lady... I can say that nobody probably likes her accept the manager or the management people... Though she has good communication skill... However she was enough to make you feel that you are a dumb fellow and you have no self respect. I sustained for an year in that project and lucky was able to grab a new opportunity in another project. I rated 4 Stars for Accenture based on the experience I had in my second venture(project) .. I had to start from scratch here... Fortunately the lead of this project was extremely hard-working and a helping guy who helped me alot to gather the knowledge and helped me in the extreme situation... I was the only lady working in the project and we were 12 members in the team few were based in uk and some of us were from India .. within few months i started taking client calls for the data reviews... My lead taught me the basics and straight way on one fine day he called me in the afternoon around 3pm and asked me to drive the monthly call which was internal call with the managers and few teams@5pm. He was ready to correct me or fill the dead air during the call and this brought me lot of confidence and in few days I became one of the youngest member who has good reputation with the client and managers. Received several appreciation and it was a treat for me when I got promoted in less than 2 years and here my lady manger was much find of me for the work I did in the project... All I can say its not the company that is good or bad.... Rather it is the people around you either they support you to groom or can make your life hell....
