Some leads are very egoistic and indirectly insulted the juniors. Forcefully gave the unskilled work which is very risky for future career knowledge growth and never appreciate your hardwork. Always played politics within a team, playing like a sweet knife (not all leads are like this) and they are very friendly with HR as well, so people get scared to go to HR or not.

In my case, I felt that the interview did not fully engage with the depth of my responses, especially concerning critical technical topics like Lightning Components and Push API integration. However, since the interview, I’ve further refined my understanding of these areas, and I am confident in my ability to address such topics effectively.
