I think if you are looking at fast paced learning and competitive environment this is place for you. Remember it really keeps you on your toes. All my projects were high workload but they taught me a lot and tech was all high end.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Work life balance can certainly improve. Mine has been bad since I joined. Since last 6 months has been better. Appraisals were good during covid post that it has dropped drastically. There is huge competition in design and you have to be really good but more than that you need a backing :) as usual if there is someone at top backing you, you will be in a good spot. Also, visibility is a big thing....Read More
