Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I had a slow experience with Accenture's interview process. The individuals I interacted with were great, but the HR department was unorganized and I have not heard back from them after clearing both rounds and submitting my documents.

Accenture VS Virtusa
I have 8+ Exp. I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details:
Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay
Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total)
Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards. If my CTC is lower than Clients standard CTC then only i will get hike.
Accenture Designation = Associate Manager
Virtusa Designation = Sr Lead Engineer

Interview Preparation Tips
Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - It was a walk-in interview at Yantra Park, Thane. It was started around in the morning at 9:30, after the formalities. There were almost 200 field interviewers: maybe around 30 interviewers and just 15 to 20 people from UX. I got the call for an interview at around 3:00 PM. And you won't believe they finished only 5 UX people interviews till then. There are dedicated 3 to 4 interviewers for UX Only. After the Interview, They will tell me that HR will inform you of the result. I asked HR, and she said I would get a call on Monday, but nobody called me—worst experience with TCS.
