Senior Management seems to be patient and often understands the obstacles that teams face. A team's concern isn't ignored and communication channel is smooth.

Dislikes

Too many requirements come in everytime a release date nears increasing workload. Attrition rate is high(though not as much as some IT firms) so you are often left without a senior advisor in the team to consult. Not a regular occurance but at times the window given to complete work is too brief and you have to stretch your office hours to meet deadlines.

It provides shuttle services for both pick up and drop facilities. It also has rich source of material to learn new things

Dislikes

A lot of politics and favouritism happens here. If you are not in good books of your manager, you will not get any hikes or promotion even if you have done great work for the whole cycle.

Latest Technologies to work on, Timings Flexibility, Cab facility, Trainings provided which any one can take who wants to learns new technologies and can upgrade there own skills.

Dislikes

Bad work culture, worst food vendors, promotion is not done based on work done and eligibility but on favouritism, no work life balance, poor hikes, not recommended for long term.

The work culture and policies are very employee friendly. Flexible work. You can get work from home approval at any level depending on your project.They conduct full day Training and certification training so chances to learn are always high.They provide free cab service reallocation benefits.

Dislikes

May be internal project politics which is quite common nowadays.Also they hire with great hike and give less increment next year to balance the package.

Work Details

UI Testing, AWS Testing, Database Testing, Defect Tracking, Test preparation and execution (QC, TFS) , Clarification calls . Defect updates.
