My Views changed about Accenture, when they hired extensively and kept people on bench and after few months they directly layed off people and there team. Projects are not going well and most of their clients are not happy with the companies output.

Dislikes

I don't like anything about the company. People should think twice before getting hired in the company.

Accenture VS Virtusa

I have 8+ Exp. I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details: Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total) Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards. If my CTC is lower than Clients standard CTC then only i will get hike. Accenture Designation = Associate Manager Virtusa Designation = Sr Lead Engineer Looking for a long term stay
