Just watch junior women employees getting promoted on priority because of their lame gender preference policies. No proper promotion path. Less hikes. Very less variable pay paid. No onsite opportunities.

Highly political and toxic workplace. Favoritism plays a significant part in your career growth. If you don't socialize with Managers there is no possibility of growth. Senior leaders are non-interactive and not at all approachable due to politized work environment.
