Upskill training and opportunities to grow. I you can work beyond work hrs to give time in trainings you can learn many in demand technologies. Internal job changing options are there but that depends on what technology you are working.

Dislikes

Many projects have toxic work culture but HR is there to help if it's needed. Work culture completely depends on the project we are into. HR policies are Good though.

Thats my personal experience but it seems like females are unnecessarily preferred, or keep in the project even when they dont have any skills. We as lead have to do work on their behalf and they are getting salary for it. :-( 😔 and you are even not able to release them or replace them due to client billing

Regarding the Push API, my response didn’t fully address the nuances of ensuring that the API loop stops recursion. One area of improvement I believe Accenture could focus on is ensuring that interviewers consider the relevance of the questions they ask. In my case, I felt that the interview did not fully engage with the depth of my responses, especially concerning critical technical topics like Lightning Components and Push API integration. While my profile and skills were in line with the role, certain out-of-context questions seemed to derail the interview process. However, since the interview, I’ve further refined my understanding of these areas, and I am confident in my ability to address such topics effectively. There are more dislikes than likes. The politics is on top and managers favour old employees very much and don't take work also seriously. There is a load of work they gave and expect to get it completed on time. The co workers are also very mean and unsupportive , overall , I didn't like working in accenture. It was a horrible time There. I was in GSM IM team.
