Multiple dislikes don't know if I can fit here 1) company has team outing and lunch but on paper. Team outing does happens but every six months but somewhere to your nearest mall. 2) now it's 4th year no promotion till now. 3) There is a saying here "if you want promotion either go to banglore or wear a saree". 4) There is a huge discrimination with males in the name of women empowerment. 5) Increments are good if have a god father, but if you are common hard and smart working guy forget it. 6) No one is going to listen you. 7) I wrote an email to HR 3 years ago still she did not respond....Read More

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. Low salaries they are paying. I have worked 2.5 years in accenture not getting any hikes. When i joined the company my salary was 17200rs after 2 years they increased 1000rs of salary.

If you have any medicine emergency, don't suppose management will understand.. so keep it secret if you can. Otherwise they overload you. Also if you are eligible for promotion and you have done almost everything which suppose to be criteria the same. Still they said kiya kya hai apne.... LoL 😂

This feedback is only for Operations - There is no work life balnce, Only work matter to them. When it comes to appraisal - There is nothing and reason would be company has announced no appraisal or promotion. Now Variable part- If you do only work n work still they are not gonna give you good variable, it wil hardly be 7%

There are more dislikes than likes. The politics is on top and managers favour old employees very much and don't take work also seriously. There is a load of work they gave and expect to get it completed on time. The co workers are also very mean and unsupportive , overall , I didn't like working in accenture. It was a horrible time There. I was in GSM IM team.

Gender biased, prefers women employees for representing the company . And men to deliver the high risk tasks. Clients are important than employees. They don't care about employees even if we made a small communicational mistake... Immediate escalations ... Leading to forced resignation/termination/silent layoff
