Accenture is very bad. Working hours is 9 whole industry standard is 8. Scheduling calls outside of work hours just few times in a month is fine but doing this every day is not good. They don't respect employees personal time. No proper hikes. No proper Kt they do it for formality sake and say proper Kt was given. Even recreational place has broken games lol. They give so much hype about campus but has broken foose ball tables few games for so many employees. Gym too small for so many employees in the building. They prefer hiring females for leadership roles as well . There is good health care coverage . A culture of donating leaves in case someone is in critical health and they have exhausted their leaves which promotes a supportive environment as well. 6 months maternity leave and upto 2 weeks wedding leaves .

Lack of interpersonal boundaries , lack of work-life balance , lack of availability and help from HR. There are a lot of projects to work on which allows you to have career change but you have little to no choice on the kind of project you would want to work on . The work culture is toxic and unpredictable .
